I am an independent artist and creator of Artwork for the Soul classes, based in Rochester, New York that offers a range of supportive artistic services to include art classes and coaching. I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York and in 2022 retired from 27 years of service in the U.S. Army with over 30 years of sobriety.

During my 27 years of military service, I served as a Career/Life Counselor, Master Resiliency Trainer, Suicide Prevention Specialist, and Unit Prevention Leader overseeing substance abuse programs. My education includes a BS in Criminal Justice, a BA in Religion, CASAC-T certification in substance uses disorders, and ongoing master's studies in Art Therapy.
